We work with developers and architects in providing cost advice at concept phase. We leverage on our experience of completing a range of projects of a similar nature to benchmark the project.

We use the latest software to deliver the most accurate of services. They include: Cost X , Buildsoft , Mudshark (civil and earthworks), Microsoft Project (programming and scheduling).
